Designation reflects company’s commitment to hiring and supporting veteran employees
RESTON, Va. – NCI Information Systems, Inc. (NCI), a leading provider of advanced information technology solutions and professional services to U.S. federal government agencies, today announced it has earned recognition as a 2019 Military Friendly? Employer by VIQTORY, the publisher of G.I. Jobs?.
“One of NCI’s longest-standing and largest customers is the U.S. Army,” said Paul A. Dillahay, president and CEO of NCI. “As a strong partner to the U.S. military, we are proud of our ongoing commitment to recruiting and hiring military talent throughout our organization.
“Military veterans and reservists account for approximately 30 percent of NCI’s workforce,” added Dillahay. “Some of our most skilled, self-motivated, disciplined and outstanding team members have military backgrounds. They bring both advanced experience and values of strong teamwork and leadership into our work culture, and we are honored to have them serving at every level of our company.”
Institutions earning the Military Friendly Employer designation were evaluated using both public and proprietary survey data. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicant, new hire retention and employee turnover, as well as promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
NCI will be showcased with other 2019 Military Friendly Employers in the upcoming December issue of G.I. Jobs magazine and the January 2019 issue of Military Spouse Magazine, and on MilitaryFriendly.com.
